Surbana Jurong is seeking a C&S Resident Engineer to supervise construction works at a project in Changi. You will review drawings, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural engineering degree, is registered as a Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES, and has 3–10 years of relevant site supervision experience. Airport or aerospace experience is a plus.

Join our SMM site supervisory team as a C&S Resident Engineer for our client based in Changi , and play a key role in supervising construction works, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.

You will review project drawings and specifications, monitor site progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, statutory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications, highlighting discrepancies and potential issues before and during construction.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and approved methodologies.
• Ensure contractors comply with the Building Control Act, Codes of Practice, and requirements of authorities such as BCA, LTA, NEA, NParks, PUB, and SCDF.
• Monitor site progress, contractor schedules, and day-to-day site activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Registered as a Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction projects.
• Ideally with Airport, Aerospace, Aviation expertise is preferred
