Job summary

Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a C&S Resident Engineer for a client project based in Changi. You will supervise construction works, review drawings, and ensure works follow approved plans, standards and safety requirements.

The role requires a Civil/Structural engineering degree, registration as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES, and 3–10 years of site supervision experience. Airport or aviation exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Registration as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES is required.
• 3–10 years of site supervision experience on construction projects.
• Airport, aerospace, or aviation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications and flag discrepancies early.
• Supervise construction activities ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors to meet approved plans.
• Ensure compliance with Building Control Act, codes, and authorities' requirements.
