Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a C&S Resident Engineer for a client-based project in Changi. The role focuses on supervising construction works, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering projects on time.

Review drawings, monitor progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with approved plans, statutory requirements and industry standards. Must hold PE/RE registration with BCA/IES/ACES and have 3–10 years of site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction projects.
• Airport, Aerospace, Aviation expertise is preferred.

Join our SMM site supervisory team as a C&S Resident Engineer for our client based in Changi , and play a key role in supervising construction works, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.

You will review project drawings and specifications, monitor site progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, statutory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Registered as a Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction projects.
• Ideally with Airport, Aerospace, Aviation expertise is preferred
