Job summary

Rankine & Hill (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a civil/structural designer to organize the project team and prepare drawings, reports, and tenders.

You will liaise with clients and support senior staff to identify technical requirements, ensuring conformance to authorities and codes. The role requires a recognized degree by the Singapore P.E. Board, knowledge of design software, and at least 2 years of design experience in medium/high-rise structures, with precast concrete construction

Qualifications

• Recognized degree by Singapore P.E. Board.
• Knowledge in the application of Design Software.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience in medium and high-rise structures (C&S).
• Knowledge & experience in precast concrete construction an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor the project team in preparing drawings, reports, technical documentation, tenders and contract administration.
• Liaise with the client and assist Associate Director/ Senior Engineer in identifying client needs and technical requirements.
• Ensure design and drawings conform to Authorities and Codes requirements.
• Prepare work schedules (design/drawings) and ensure submission schedules to Authorities are met.
