CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks a Civil & Structural (C&S) Coordination Engineer to ensure seamless integration of structural elements with architectural and MEP systems on high-rise and mixed-use developments in Singapore.

You will lead multi-disciplinary design coordination, review drawings, and maintain control documents. The role requires 2–5 years in C&S coordination, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and knowledge of STAAD.Pro/ETABS.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or related field.
2 to 5 years in C&S coordination, design coordination, or construction projects.
Experience with high-rise commercial buildings and mixed-use developments is advantageous.
Strong understanding of drawing control, document management, and design revision procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate C&S with architectural and building services requirements.
Interface with client’s technical dept, design consultants, engineers for drawings.
Review and distribute C&S design/sh shop drawings per revisions.
Maintain drawing registers, submission schedules, and revision records.
Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, planning, and construction teams.
Resolve technical queries and design clarifications timely.
Resolve discrepancies between C&S drawings and site conditions.
Monitor progress of design submissions, shop drawings, and technical documents.
Keep records of design changes and as-built drawings.
Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders to minimize delays.
