DL E&C CO., LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil/Structural C&S drafter to prepare and revise detailed drawings for design development, tender and construction using CAD software.

You will coordinate across engineers and site teams, review project info, and assist with plans, method statements and submissions to authorities. We value experience with LTA projects, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a project team to meet tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant C&S drafting experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of building codes, engineering standard and drafting conventions.
• Experience with LTA projects, requirements or submission is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively with engineers and project team to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare and revise detailed C&S drawings for design development, tender and construction using CAD software.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, others disciplines and site teams to resolve design and construction interfaces.
• Review project information, design requirement and site conditions to support drawing preparation and coordination.
• Assist with plan, design details and method statements as required by the project team.
• Maintain organised drawing registers and records, track revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings are used.
• Compile drawing packages for internal review and submission to relevant authorities.
• Support projects involving Land Transport Authority (LTA) requirements, standard and submission processes.
• Monitor drawing progress against project schedules and help maintain the quality and accuracy of deliveries.
