RSJ E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Civil/Structural detailer to prepare shop drawings for Civil, Architectural, and M&E works.

You will collaborate with site teams and clients to verify conditions, update documentation, and ensure accuracy for smooth project execution. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of Singapore construction experience, with strong AutoCAD proficiency and attention to detail.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Singapore construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting consultant drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing (civil & structural).
• Effective coordination and communication with site teams and consultants.
• High attention to detail to prevent site errors.
• Self-motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for Structural, Architectural, and M&E works.
• Develop and interpret construction shop drawing details for clarity and accuracy.
• Liaise with site teams to verify drawings reflect site conditions and update as needed.
• Provide drawing clarifications to project managers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Check designs to ensure compliance with authorities and standards.
• Submit and revise shop drawings to clients within project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve issues from shop drawing feedback.
• Maintain version control of all drawings and record revisions.
• Issue updated drawings to site teams and subcontractors.
• Perform ad hoc assignments to support project needs.
