Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment
• Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service
• Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards
• Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience
• Collect customer details and interests for follow‑up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system
• Support brand awareness through compelling video taking, social media platforms, and other promotional activities
• Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required
• Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items
• Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management
• Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs

Who We’re Looking For

• This is a 24‑Months contract role (Completion Bonus)
• Working hours aligned to mall operating hours (Tampines)
• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer‑facing environment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and familiarity with social media platforms and video taking would be advantageous
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage to support communication with diverse customers
