BYD by 1826 (SUNTEC) is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and building loyalty across automotive and lifestyle touchpoints.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences across face-to-face and online channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, hospitality, retail or a related service-oriented role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and empathetic when handling difficult or sensitive customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate car delivery pack creation and delivery to automotive outlets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with vehicle-related and lifestyle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in communications and follow-ups with customers via our helpdesk and CRM channels, ensuring timely and quality responses.
• Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms (Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Helpdesk Email, WhatsApp, voice calls & CRM systems).
• Address F&B-related queries such as outlet bookings and lifestyle privileges.
• Proactively follow up with clients to nurture satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, orders, and deliveries in the CRM system.
• Update databases and files for compliance and reporting.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, exercising sound judgement when resolving issues and escalating matters appropriately.
• Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Assist with cross-departmental projects (Sales, Marketing, F&B partnerships).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated, adaptable, and service-oriented Client Relations Representative with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and across online and offline channels. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with professionalism, building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across both automotive and lifestyle touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:

Automotive Support & Operations

• Coordinate car delivery pack creation and delivery to automotive outlets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Assist with vehicle-related and lifestyle inquiries (E.g. Pricing, specifications, promotions) and outlet reservations via phone, email, and in-person.

Client Relations & Engagement

• Assist in communications and follow-ups with customers via our helpdesk and CRM channels, ensuring timely and quality responses.

• Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms (Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Helpdesk Email, WhatsApp, voice calls & CRM systems).

• Address F&B-related queries such as outlet bookings and lifestyle privileges.

Documentation & Administrative Support
