Job summary

RX Global is seeking a proactive Relationship Executive to support our Buyer Programme. You will recruit and engage qualified buyers and trade delegations, manage buyer relationships, and facilitate business matchmaking between buyers and exhibitors to ensure a successful event experience for all stakeholders.

This role requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, 1–2 years in CRM/events or related fields, and the ability to work across diverse industries in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, events, exhibitions, hospitality, account management, sales support, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with business professionals from diverse industries.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage qualified buyers and delegations to meet sourcing objectives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of buyers through research, referrals, and outreach.
• Coordinate invitations, registrations, attendance, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop long-term relationships with buyers for repeat participation.
• Coordinate local and international trade delegations and partnerships.
• Facilitate meetings between buyers and exhibitors and monitor schedules.
• Provide administrative support for shows, onsite registration, VIP activities, and follow-up.
