Job summary

RX is seeking a proactive Relationship Executive to build and manage buyer relationships for our international exhibitions in Singapore. You will recruit qualified buyers and delegations, facilitate business matchmaking, and support on-site event delivery to ensure a seamless experience for exhibitors and buyers.

We value strong communication, relationship‑driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global events environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, events, exhibitions, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Buyer Recruitment & Engagement: identify, recruit, and engage qualified buyers; manage invitations, registrations and follow‑ups.
• Delegation Management: recruit and coordinate local and international trade delegations and industry groups.
• Business Matchmaking: coordinate meetings between buyers and exhibitors; ensure quality meetings.
• Event Delivery: support onsite registration, VIP activities, and post‑event follow‑up.
