RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Meat Specialist (Delicato) to join its island-wide operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on driving sales through strong product presentation and excellent customer service, while ensuring meat freshness and quality standards. You will supervise meat cutters and counter staff, applying your knowledge of meat products and preparation techniques to daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in fresh food or meat-related

Meat Specialist (Delicato)

Location: Island-wide
Salary: $3,000 & Above + Attractive Bonus/Welfare & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through effective product presentation, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Maintain attractive displays and ensure product freshness and quality standards are met.
• Apply knowledge of meat products, preparation techniques, and service standards to support daily operations.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor meat cutters and counter staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fresh food, butcher, meat processing (Beef/Pork/Lamb), supermarket, grocery retail, or related industries.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, meat preparation, food handling, and food safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Service-oriented team player with leadership potential.
• Physically fit and able to carry up to 10kg and perform stock replenishment duties.
• Able to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Working Hours

Rotating Shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM
