This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll act as both an internal consultant and a project manager, reviewing how the business currently operates, identifying where processes fall short, and leading the full transformation process from planning through to rollout.

• A practical, analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions
• Prior experience leading digital transformation and change management projects
