Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled Business Process Improvement professional to map current processes, understand users’ needs, and drive re-engineering initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, apply Agile techniques, and develop metrics to monitor performance, aligning improvements with business objectives across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with business process modelling, process design, requirements management, and project management.
• Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques.
• Experience applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritise and define requirements.
• Ability to develop process metrics and performance indicators.
• Track record of delivering operational process improvement initiatives end to end.
• Experience working within or alongside the technology industry. Demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the organisation’s key stakeholders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisation’s objectives.
