Job Purpose

The Wealth Management Business Support Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Manager to ensure the efficient, compliant, and effective functioning of daily business operation within the Singapore Wealth Management business. The role will work closely with various team across the front office, business management, control parties, operation, and head office, ensuring our platform, products and processes adhere to the highest standards. The aim is to drive operational excellence and support the seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Key Activities
  1. Prepare governance decks and conduct key control adequacy assessments to identify risk and recommending improvement for governance and operational integrity.
  2. Performing quality checks on trade orders and CRM evaluations to maintain compliance and operational standards.
  3. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the investment/ wealth management framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  4. Managing updates to platform rules and communication changes for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  5. Assist in implementation of WM business initiatives, platform enhancements, or product rollouts to drive greater efficiency and productivity for the SG WM business.
  6. Collaborating with other departments in the SG branch to further achievement of branch goals whilst promoting SG WM goals.
  7. Providing ongoing support by preparing business revenue report and business strategy material to support senior executive and WM frontline.
Job Requirements
  • Min a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.
  • With at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Understanding of Wealth Management business operations, governance, risk management principles.
  • Experience in business support role within wealth management.
  • Familiarity with investment/ wealth management framework.
  • Understanding of the Wealth Management industry and associated products including capital market flow and structured products, OTC derivatives, managed fund solutions, alternative investments, etc.
  • Good collaborative and interpersonal skills.
