TANBURY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a data analytics professional in Singapore to drive business strategy, optimise transaction matching, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

You will design experiments, measure KPIs, and work with Algorithm, Operations, and Product teams to implement scalable improvements. A background in analytics and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in internet or logistics industries.
• Experience in transaction matching, marketplace platforms, or logistics matching is a plus.

• Identify opportunities to improve transaction matching efficiency, pricing, and operations through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy and Insights

• Analyse business performance to identify opportunities to improve transaction matching efficiency, pricing strategies, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Identify business challenges and growth opportunities through data analysis and business insights.
• Develop actionable recommendations and work with relevant teams to implement strategic and product improvements that support business objectives.

2. Experimentation and Analytical Efficiency

• Design appropriate experiments and establish measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of different optimisation strategies.
• Continuously improve experimental design, analytical methodologies, and data analysis tools to enhance the reliability of results and accelerate strategy iteration.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Algorithm, Operations, and Product teams to identify business improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration to improve execution efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant work experience, including experience in the internet or logistics industry.
• Experience in transaction matching, marketplace platforms, or logistics matching scenarios would be an advantage.

2. Business Acumen and Analytical Thinking

• Strong ability to understand user needs, analyse business data, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop practical solutions and support their implementation to achieve business objectives.

3. Data Analytics Skills

• Proficient in SQL, with working knowledge of Python and relevant data analytics tools.
• Experience in data analysis, with strong data interpretation skills and the ability to identify meaningful trends and insights.

4. Communication and Collaboration

• Strong logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good learning agility and documentation and report-writing skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
