Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or operations analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Gather, document, and evaluate business requirements through discussions with management and stakeholders
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations to support informed management decision-making
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Analyse sales, revenue, cost, and operational data to detect patterns, risks, and areas for enhancement
• Develop actionable recommendations and plans to improve productivity, performance, and resource utilisation
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for management review
• Collaborate with departments to support implementation of business strategies, process improvements, and operational initiatives
• Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and evaluation of business initiatives
• Maintain accurate business documentation, analytical reports, and records
• Perform other business analysis and related duties as assigned by management
