Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Risk Manager to scale the local financial control environment within the 1st line of defence. You will oversee and improve controls, register risk events, and deliver incident reports while supporting front-line performance across regions.

The role requires a 2:1 degree, 3+ years in operational risk management in financial services, and strong data interpretation skills. Flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad is offered.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 3+ years of operational risk management experience in financial services.
• Experience with risk identification, monitoring and controls (implementation and testing).
• Strong data interpretation skills and a proven track record of achievement.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
