Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services.
• Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data.
• Proven track record of achievement, including awards (academic, professional, or sports).
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
• Organised and methodological approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
