Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to scale our local financial control environment in Singapore. You will work in the 1LoD, building a best-in-class framework and directly oversee and improve controls, not just advise on them.

You will identify and assess risks, design and test controls, and develop procedures while producing timely risk reports. Join a globally growing team focused on robust risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 3+ years of operational risk management experience within financial services.
• Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data.
• Strong track record of achievement, including awards (academic, professional or sport).
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
• Organised and methodological approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to help scale our local financial control environment. Sitting within the 1st line of defence (1LoD), you'll build a best-in-class framework and directly oversee and improve controls, not just advise on them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls
• Developing and testing key procedures
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
• Registering risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports

What You'll Need

• A 2:1 degree from a top university
• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services
• Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
• Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
• A solid track record of achievement, having won any competitive awards (can be academic, professional, and/or sport)
