Revolut Ltd in Singapore seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to design, execute, and scale our compliance testing and assurance framework tailored to Singapore's MAS environment. You will collaborate with local business leads and regional partners to ensure robust controls and proactive risk management across AML/CFT, consumer protection, and outsourcing.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a licensed financial institution, fintech, or regulatory body.
• 2+ years in compliance testing, QA, or internal/external audit in financial services.
• Solid understanding of MAS regulations, PSA, and SFA.
• Experience interrogating large data sets to identify insights.
• Be results-driven and pragmatic with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement a compliance testing and assurance programme for Singapore's regulatory landscape.
• Complete assurance reviews and testing across AML/CFT, consumer protection, and outsourcing with data analytics.
• Identify opportunities for improved adherence to local and global standards.
• Execute remediation plans and update processes, policies, and training as needed.
• Drive multiple concurrent reviews across APAC with senior management reporting.
• Challenge colleagues to build efficient risk controls and processes; extract actionable insights.
