Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a capable analyst to identify and assess current state processes through interviews and data gathering, and to develop future state processes in collaboration with stakeholders and contractors. The role covers enhancements, CR handling, and operational support across multiple functions.

Responsibilities include validating requirements, coordinating testing and UAT, and delivering the enhancement roadmap with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant credentials and qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the Role.

Responsibilities

• Review enhancement requests with Product Managers and business users to assess needs, feasibility, impact and value.
• Analyse business and system requirements and recommend solution approaches.
• Review vendors' proposed designs and implementations for cost-effective solutions.
• Support validation of CR effort and guard against overcharging by aligning with the CR framework.
• Coordinate and support testing to ensure coverage and UAT success.
• Plan and deliver enhancement roadmap and CR pipeline.
• Assist daily operations, triaging and coordinating investigation of support tickets.
• Facilitate issue resolution across vendors, business users and internal stakeholders.
• Support impact assessment and implementation planning for issues and enhancements.
• Design solutions and support transition strategies with track leads.
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, validate, and assess requirements including future-state processes.
• Coordinate across user divisions, vendors, and system teams.
• Document business processes, user journeys, process flows and functional requirements.
• Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery activities to ensure timely implementation of enhancements.
