Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an Operations Analyst to support transformation and operational excellence initiatives. You will contribute to process improvements, governance frameworks, performance management systems, and operating model enhancements while conducting data analysis and market research to identify trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder and above.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the FMCG, retail, or travel retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support business transformation and operational excellence initiatives by contributing to process improvements, governance frameworks, performance management systems, and operating model enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis and market research to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project updates, business performance, findings, and recommendations to management and leadership teams.
• Manage sales operations and performance tracking, including sales reporting, KPI monitoring, commission and incentive verification, and analysis to support business growth.
• Coordinate operational activities and business initiatives, including store openings and closures, product launches, events, permit management, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and suppliers, including Brand Ambassador administration, resource coordination, performance monitoring, and service delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, retail standards, customs regulations, and operational procedures.
• Drive operational efficiency and administrative effectiveness through process optimization, issue resolution, invoice and payment management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
