Job summary

Base Camp Digital is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to support client leaders with end-to-end process management, program operations, analytics and reporting across the China market. The role blends PMO, business operations and data analytics with hands-on data work and performance analysis.

You will coordinate complex programs, track risks, develop reports and dashboards (Google Sheets/Looker Studio) and collaborate with APAC and global teams. Mandarin and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Program Operations or related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business performance data.
• Hands-on SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for China market stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support in-country leaders with end-to-end process and program management.
• Coordinate operational activities, workstreams, timelines and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Support FDE ER analysis and shortlisting activities.
• Track, document and escalate bugs, blockers, risks and operational issues.
• Support management and tracking of AI workloads and related operational processes.
• Prepare and support business reviews with accurate reporting and insights.
• Support regular forecasting and business cadence activities.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Extract and analyse performance data using SQL and BHI tables.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker.
• Collaborate with APAC BI team to facilitate analytics and data requirements.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate findings for stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement.
• Work with regional/global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Salary Range: $5,500 to $8,500

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our client's business leaders with end-to-end process management, program operations, analytics and reporting across the China market. This role combines PMO, business operations and data analytics, requiring someone who is comfortable coordinating complex processes while also working hands-on with data, reporting and business performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in-country leaders with end-to-end process and program management.
• Coordinate operational activities, workstreams, timelines and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Support FDE ER analysis and shortlisting activities.
• Track, document and escalation bugs, blockers, risks and operational issues.
• Support the management and tracking of AI workloads and related operational processes.
• Prepare and support business reviews, including global business reviews, with accurate reporting and insights.
• Support regular forecasting and business cadence activities.
• Perform data analysis to identify business trends, performance gaps and key insights.
• Extract and analyse business performance data using SQL, including data from BHI tables.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis using Google Sheets and Looker.
• Collaborate with the APAC BI team to facilitate analytics, reporting and data requirements.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business insights for stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of operational and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Program Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or a related function.
• Strong experience supporting end-to-end operational processes and complex programs.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with business performance data.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with Looker / Looker Studio.
• Experience preparing business reports, dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regional/APAC and global teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in the China market.

Good to Have

• Experience working with Google Cloud / GCP environments.
• Exposure to Vector, AI workloads or other Google Cloud systems.
• Experience supporting AI, data or technology-related programs.
• Experience working with BI / Analytics teams.
• Experience in a large technology, SaaS, cloud or enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting China or APAC markets.
