Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Singapore team on a 1-year contract, on-site, with potential renewal. You will partner with China market leaders to manage end-to-end processes, PMO activities, and analytics, delivering accurate reporting across global programs.

The role requires SQL, Looker Studio and Google Sheets skills, plus strong stakeholder management and bilingual English/Mandarin communication for China-focused stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Business Operations, PMO, or related field.
• Experience supporting end-to-end operational processes and complex programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data.
• Hands-on SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support in-country leaders with end-to-end process and program management.
• Coordinate operational activities, workstreams, timelines and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Track, document and elevate bugs, blockers, risks and operational issues.
• Support AI workloads and related operational processes.
• Prepare and support business reviews with accurate reporting and insights.
• Support regular forecasting and business cadence activities.
• Perform data analysis to identify business trends, performance gaps and key insights.
• Extract and analyse business performance data using SQL, including data from BHI tables.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis using Google Sheets and Looker.
• Collaborate with the APAC BI team to facilitate analytics, reporting and data requirements.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business insights for stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of operational and reporting requirements.
