Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (PM, Business, Eng or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Hands-on ops or data analytics experience.
• Experience building automation tools or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication; cross-region coordination is a plus.

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Partner with the CEO and management team to drive operational planning, shape business strategy, and monitor business performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives end-to-end
• Automate routine workflows and reporting to improve team productivity
• Support business expansion planning, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Hands-on experience in operations or data analytics roles
• Experience building automation tools or AI-powered workflows
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
