Job summary

WS ENGINEERING & FABRICATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing professional in Singapore to drive order intake across global markets.

You will develop strategies, identify new clients, markets, and services, and coordinate with Corporate to create compelling marketing content and collateral. The role emphasizes long-term professional development, with training and mentoring, not based on sales commissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• 1–2 years of energy industry experience (oil & gas).
• Strong presentation, email and oratory skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Flair for connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet order intake.
• Actively seek, develop and grow new clients, markets, products and services.
• Target global opportunities for Modularised fabrication, PAU & PAR, EPC of Process / Gas facilities & compression stations, FPSO / MOPU / FPU topsides modules fabrication, E-Houses & Substations.
• Prepare periodic market intelligence, competition analysis, SWOT, Win/Loss reports for strategic planning.
• Generation of content, advertising and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites (working with Corporate).
• Monitor performance and report findings with Management periodically.
• Develop sales & marketing proposals, update company presentation, content creation/marketing collaterals with stakeholders.
• Support the Sales team in planning, implementing and executing sales and marketing activities.
• Evaluate participation in trade shows and keep an active calendar.
• Complete pre-qualification documents and other tender related surveys.
• Address, resolve or elevate queries via email, media platforms, and phone calls.
• Update leads and opportunities database and compile sales forecast.
• Prepare and maintain project database, presentations, project photos/portfolio, sales brochures and whitepapers.
• Conduct customer and market surveys as required.

• Actively seek, develop and grow new clients, new markets, new products and services
• Target global opportunities for Modularised fabrication, PAU & PAR, EPC of Process / Gas facilities & compression stations, FPSO / MOPU / FPU topsides modules fabrication, E-Houses & Substations
• Prepare periodic market intelligence, competition analysis, SWOT, Win/Loss reports for strategic planning
• Generation of content, advertising and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites (working together with Corporate)

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• 1-2 years of working experience (i.e. Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Sales Executive, etc) within energy (oil & gas) industry
