Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in the interior design sector (commercial office fit out). The role focuses on identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth alongside the Director.

You will pursue new business, secure meetings, present proposals, and coordinate with design teams to tailor solutions. The position requires strong communication and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the Interior Design, Construction, or Property industry or Commercial Office interior design industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
