Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance, banking, business development or partnerships.
• Strong track record in sales, relationship management or business development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
