Job summary

RevUp Consulting is seeking a Bancassurance Product Manager for a leading bank in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and managing insurance products and propositions across banking channels, with close insurer collaboration and cross-functional execution.

You will drive product strategy, pricing and campaigns while ensuring compliant distribution and strong frontline support across Relationship Managers, Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• Experience in bancassurance or wealth management products within a bank or insurer.
• Strong understanding of life insurance, protection and wealth solutions.
• Knowledge of Singapore banking/insurance regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bancassurance product lifecycle, including product development, launch, enhancement and ongoing review.
• Work closely with insurance partners to develop competitive life, protection, savings and wealth-related insurance solutions for the bank’s customer segments.
• Drive product strategy, pricing, positioning and campaigns to support business and revenue objectives.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to ensure effective product implementation and distribution.
• Monitor product performance, market trends and regulatory developments, and provide product training and sales support to frontline teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance product management or wealth management products within a bank or insurer.
• Strong understanding of life insurance, protection and wealth solutions, including product structures and distribution.
• Good knowledge of Singapore's banking/insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with insurers and internal business teams.
