Job summary

HENG GOT MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic leader to oversee cleaning management operations. You will act as the lead contact, build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executives, and ensure SOPs are followed.

You will manage the Household Service Scheme, address staff issues, seek new cleaning business, and analyze sales data to boost profitability. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree and above in any discipline.
• Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with staff, customers and stakeholders.
• High level of leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices and procedures of customer service.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all cleaning management matters.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensuring the team is carrying out the proper SOP as defined by the company.
• Manage Household Service Scheme and handle staff issues.
• Assist growth of the company and expand the company by looking for more cleaning businesses in Singapore.
• Serve customers by providing product and service questions and suggesting information.
• Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information.
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve.
• Analyzing customer information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Analyze sales data and increase the company's sales profit.
• Provide strategies and estimates for company work actively to manage both internal and external relationships.
