Qualifications

• Minimum degree and above in any discipline.
• Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with staff, customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all cleaning management matters.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensuring the team is carrying out the proper SOP as defined by the company.
• Manage Household Service Scheme and handle staff issues.
• Assist growth of the company by looking for more cleaning businesses in Singapore.
• Provide product and service information to customers and answer questions.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions and providing information.
• Resolve customer problems by clarifying complaints and delivering solutions.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Analyze sales data and increase the company’s sales profit.
• Provide strategies and estimates for the company.
• Work to manage internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Serves customers by providing product and service questions and suggesting information
• Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Analyze sales data and increase the company’s sales profit
• Provide strategies and estimates for company
• Work actively to manage both internal and external relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree and above in any discipline
