Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Technology or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in business development, investment, product management, strategic planning, consulting or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience in market research, business analysis, commercial project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external business partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Experience in technology, digital solutions, investment or other innovation-driven industries would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support growth objectives and expansion plans.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential markets, strategic partnerships and commercial projects.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitive assessments to support business planning and management decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners and other key stakeholders.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective clients and partners and support the development of commercial proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate solutions for clients and partners.
• Support the planning and implementation of new products, services and business initiatives based on market needs.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging business trends and market opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports and other materials for management and external stakeholders.
