Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to fuel growth in the space and satellite market. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive stakeholder engagement to expand our presence at home and abroad.

The role is based in Ang Mo Kio with a Mon–Fri schedule (8:30am–5:30pm). Salary up to SGD 8,000 plus VB, in a permanent position requiring 3–5 years in BD within this industry.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing within space/satellite industries.
• Strong network within the space industry and government agencies.
• Proven track record of successful deal closure and partnerships.
• Experience engaging with satellite operators, space agencies or international bodies.
• CBDO/CSO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand in space/satellite markets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitors, and technologies.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the space and satellite industry. The ideal candidate will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the space and satellite market
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including satellite operators, space agencies, governments, and industry leaders
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop tailored solutions for customers
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in business development or sales (e.g., CBDO, CSO)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the space and satellite industry
• Strong network and connections within the industry
• Proven track record of successful business development and deal closure
• Experience working with government agencies, space agencies, or international organizations
• Familiarity with satellite communications, Earth observation, navigation, or space exploration
• In-depth knowledge of space and satellite technologies, applications, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
