Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business-development, technical-sales or account-management experience in Singapore.
• Experience in lifts, escalators, moving walks, building services or similar technical-service industry.
• Existing relationships with building owners, facility management or transport-sector customers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan for maintenance, modernization, replacement and new equipment opportunities.
• Lead commercial preparation of quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders and manage renewals.
