You will lead bid preparation, develop plans, manage budgets, schedule resources, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and project documentation. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in lift/escalator installations.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and cost-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of lift/escalator systems, components and industry standards.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business account for lift and escalator.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for lift and escalator quotations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and potential risks.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations for all the awarded projects.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on project quality and safety.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance productivity and project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
• Identity potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Address any unforeseen issues that arise during the project promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and project records.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Management or designated personnel.
