CNIM Singapore, a leader in lift, escalator and moving-walk solutions, seeks a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive commercial pipeline and convert opportunities into contracts. The role focuses on maintenance growth, modernization, replacement and new-equipment opportunities, collaborating with operations, engineering and regional resources.
The successful candidate will develop customer relationships, lead proposals and negotiations, and work with senior management to shape CNIM
Competenze
- Five+ years of business-development, technical-sales or account-management experience in Singapore.
- Experience in lifts, escalators, moving walks or building services is preferred.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Mansioni
- Develop and execute a sales plan for maintenance, modernization, replacement and new equipment opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals and tender submissions with management support.
- Monitor market trends and maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline records.
