SearchAsia Consulting is seeking a motivated and organized individual to develop new business opportunities across Consumer Retail, Manufacturing, and Legal sectors in Singapore. You will identify potential clients, reach out to decision-makers, and support senior consultants with proposals and meetings.

Ideal candidates hold at least A Levels, are resourceful and people-focused, and enjoy building lasting professional relationships with clients and candidates to drive growth for the firm.

Qualifications

• Min. A Level and above.
• Sport or cocurricular activities in school give an added advantage.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Research target industries to identify new lead opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective corporate clients to pitch SearchAsia's Professional Recruitment services.
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Build and update database lists of target companies and hiring managers.
• Support senior consultants during client meetings and strategy calls.
