The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across supermarket channels and online sales. You will manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, update product content and run online campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in business or marketing with 1–3 years in BD, e-commerce or digital marketing, and knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada. Office-based in Bedok with regular market-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or related fields.
• FMCG/retail experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.

Position: Business Development Executive (Supermarket & Online Sales)

Salary:$3,300-$4,000 + PB

Job Description

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update the Company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, modern trade or retail will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts, retail sales channels and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee and Lazada will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with website management, social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
