Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales across multiple platforms from our Singapore office.

You will manage and optimise Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, update product information and campaigns, and coordinate with retailers and partners to expand channel reach and revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or retail.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer products is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Maintain and update the company website, product info, content and campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory and online merchandising.
• Monitor online sales, website traffic, engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and online sales.
• Coordinate social media channels and digital campaigns and report performance.
• Identify new business opportunities across supermarket chains and partners.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors and partners; support launches and events.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.

Business Development Executive (Supermarket & Online Sales)

Working Days: Monday-Thursday

Working Hours: 8am-6pm

Working Days: Friday

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: $3,300-$4,000 + PB

Job Description

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update the Company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, modern trade or retail will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts, retail sales channels and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee and Lazada will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with website management, social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
