Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to strengthen our supermarket and online sales channels. You will manage and optimise Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, while updating product information, campaigns and promotions.

You will drive digital marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and build partnerships across retailers and distributors to expand online sales. A related degree or diploma and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or retail.
• Experience with FMCG or consumer products is a plus.
• Hands-on with supermarket accounts and online marketplaces (Shopify/Shopee/Lazada).
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics and digital advertising is a bonus.

Business Development Executive (Supermarket & Online Sales)

• Location: Bedok
• Working Days: Monday-Thursday
  Working Hours: 8am-6pm
• Working Days: Friday
  Working Hours: 8am-5pm
• Salary: $3,300 - $4,000 + Performance Bonus

Job Description

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update the Company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, modern trade or retail will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts, retail sales channels and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee and Lazada will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with website management, social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
