Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales across multiple online channels from Bedok, Singapore.

You will manage e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, and coordinate digital campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business development, e-commerce or digital marketing, with hands-on experience on Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and others).
• Maintain and update the website, product information, promotions and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory and online merchandising.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others).
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels and partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor and trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions and events.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing.

Working Days: Monday-Thursday
Working Hours: 8am-6pm

Working Days: Friday
Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: $3,300-$4,000 + PB

Job Description

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.

• Maintain and update the Company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.

• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.

• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.

• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.

• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.

• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales or related fields.

• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, modern trade or retail will be an advantage.

• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts, retail sales channels and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee and Lazada will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with website management, social media marketing and digital advertising.

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
