Job summary

• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close major deals and contracts
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
• Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development plans with company goals
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance, forecasts, and key metrics to management
• Lead and mentor the business development team, setting goals and monitoring performance
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Oversee market entry and expansion projects, including new product or service launches
