Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Business Continuity Organization (BCO) Analyst to guide continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response across ICE’s global infrastructures. You will support BIAs, manage BC plans, and coordinate with risk, audit, and compliance teams in a high-pressure environment.

The role requires 3+ years in BC/risk disciplines, familiarity with ISO 22301, and experience with tools like ServiceNow, Everbridge, and PagerDuty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or IT operations
• Experience with BC platforms such as ServiceNow, Everbridge, PagerDuty
• Familiarity with ISO 22301
• BCI or DRII certifications are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations
• Proficiency with incident management and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Everbridge)
• Ability to analyze operational workflows and data flows
• Experience reporting with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Update/maintain BC plans in alignment with ICE frameworks
• Support BIAs to identify critical processes, RTOs, and dependencies
• Maintain BIA docs in ServiceNow and related platforms with version control
• Engage in Location Incident Management lifecycle and plan maintenance
• Contribute to IQO processes and incident taxonomy in ServiceNow
• Assist in gathering data for Location Risk Assessments
• Document exercise outcomes and corrective actions; track remediation
• Train stakeholders on incident response and BC procedures
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Compliance on governance
