You are responsible for growing and developing relationships with existing clients and building a strong pipeline to achieve the revenue objective. Your role includes identifying opportunities and proactively growing your personal portfolio, heavily involved in business development and placement completion, and managing all processes from lead to closure.

To qualify for this role, you have a strong consulting or recruitment background (min 2–5 years experience) in your specific knowledge focusing on Banking, Technology, FI, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries.

You are a deal maker with a proven solution‑selling background, focused on understanding specific business requirements before you take on an assignment. You have a strong interest in embarking on a people‑oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written skills; you are very confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
