Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Graduates from universities in Singapore, the UK, or the US are preferred.
• Self-motivation & execution: Highly self-disciplined, proactive in learning, and able to quickly adapt to new environments and responsibilities.
• Teamwork & communication: Strong team spirit and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills: Strong critical thinking, with the ability to accurately identify core issues and formulate effective solutions.
• Industry experience (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience in finance, accounting, or business consulting are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Salary Package:

• Junior Consultant (No Experience): SGD 3,200/month (plus performance-based commission)
• Experienced Consultant (2-3 Years of Experience): SGD 3,600 - 4,200/month (plus performance-based commission)
• Senior Consultant (3+ Years of Experience): SGD 4,500 - 5,500/month (plus performance-based commission)
