Job summary

QUESS SINGAPORE is seeking a capable UAT/BA professional to drive end-to-end product implementations and campaigns in Singapore. You will lead UAT activities, prepare test cases, and coordinate daily stand-ups between IT and business users to keep timelines on track.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in UAT testing and business analysis, with strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset. The role emphasizes documentation, quality governance, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3+ years in UAT testing and Business Analysis/Projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, fast learner, adaptable to change.
Team oriented and self-organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end implementation for new product launches and campaigns.
Perform Product UAT testing and prepare test cases/scenarios.
Drive UAT daily stand-ups between IT and business users.
Enforce best practices and frameworks for UAT management and sign-off.
Document all implementation activities to meet quality standards.
Support post-deployment activities and business verification.
Assist with ad-hoc tracking/implementation activities.
