Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable specs and collaborate with product, development, and QA teams.

You will gather requirements, document BRD/FRS and user stories, support onboarding, and contribute to backlog management in an Agile environment. Knowledge of HRMS/ERP style systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience in software development.
• Experience in HRMS, Payroll, POS, CRM, ERP or SaaS products.
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing BRD, FRS, user stories and process flows.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle is an advantage.
