Job summary

Moneymax Jewellery Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate QA/testing activities across stakeholders.

You will design test plans, coordinate UAT, track defects, and drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis and/or QA/testing roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in test case design, UAT coordination, and defect management.
• Familiar with testing tools or tracking systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication across business and technical teams.

• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including user briefing and sign-off.
• Ensure proper documentation of test results, issues, and system behavior.
• Support project planning, prioritization, and tracking to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Support and drive ad-hoc MIS and digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis and/or QA/testing roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
