Job summary

Woh Hup Group is seeking a Business Analyst (SAP GROW) to collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and tech teams on design, implementation, and support of SAP GROW solutions in a Singapore setting.

You will map business processes to SAP functionalities, configure FICO and MM modules, and ensure compliance with local requirements while driving efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with at least 2 years in cloud SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and MM modules in SAP GROW.
• Experience in construction industry processes and project cost management.
• Familiarity with SAP GROW Public Cloud deployments.
• Proven data migration experience across systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP GROW solutions.

Job description

The Business Analyst (SAP GROW) will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design, implement, and support SAP GROW solutions. The consultant ensures that business processes are effectively mapped into SAP functionalities, with a focus on scalability, compliance, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Work with business users to capture functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP GROW configurations and solutions.

System Configuration & Implementation

• Configure SAP GROW modules (primarily FICO and MM).
• Support integration with HR (Workday), Payroll (Strada), bespoke application, and banking systems.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (Singapore GST, Malaysia SST, AU tax, VAT).

Testing & Validation

• Review and develop baseline test scenarios and scripts for UAT.
• Support end-users in executing test cases and validating outputs.

Data Migration

• Assist in migrating legacy transaction data from SAP B1 to SAP GROW.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness during migration.

Training & Support

• Conduct end-user training and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for functional queries and troubleshooting.
• Propose AI-driven enhancements (AP invoice automation, cashflow prediction, procurement analytics).

Job Requirements
